Pre-register now for RORO 2010
RORO 2010, the only event dedicated to the roll on / roll off (ro-ro) shipping industry, is now just three weeks away (18 – 20 May 2010). Industry professionals wanting to attend this year’s exhibition in Bremen, Germany, can still register for FREE entry by visiting www.roroex.com/register.
As the largest event of its kind in Europe, RORO’s exhibition floor will feature leading companies spanning all five continents of the world. As the industry recovers from one of the most turbulent times in living memory, now is the time for businesses to implement the most efficient and productive practices available, in order to minimise costs and increase profitability. The exhibition will allow visitors to source the latest technology, equipment, machinery and services to enhance their business operations.
Many of the industry’s top players will be showcasing their latest innovations at RORO 2010. Finland-based company NWE Network Engineering Oy will be showcasing its FIX Marine lashing cover that protects goods from rain and dirt, whilst Ravestein BV will demonstrate a new type of double deck ro-ro linkspan, called the ‘Ravelink’. Meanwhile, the Port of Calais will offer visitors an insight into its new rail terminal and CALAIS PORT 2015 – a new project that will extend the port’s capacity by constructing a new breakwater and several new berths.
